Anthony Jackson
Founder
Anthony Jackson is the Founder of Victory Row Foundation, bringing more than 30 years of experience in substance use disorder, mental health, recovery, and community-based services. Throughout his career, Anthony has developed a deep understanding of the barriers individuals and families face when navigating addiction, behavioral health challenges, housing instability, and reentry. This experience inspired his vision for Victory Row Foundation: an organization built to create meaningful pathways toward recovery, stability, independence, and long-term success. As Founder, Anthony provides strategic leadership and direction while building partnerships and programs that connect individuals with recovery support, supportive housing, reentry services, employment resources, life-skills development, and other essential community resources. Anthony leads with integrity, compassion, accountability, and a firm belief in human potential. His vision for Victory Row Foundation is to remove barriers, restore hope, strengthen families, and empower individuals to build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Executive Director
DeAngelo Lewis, Executive Director, Victory Row Foundation Inc., brings lived experience and professional leadership to his role. With a strong background in re-entry support, sober living environments, and community outreach, he focuses on building programs that offer practical resources, accountability, and long-term stability. DeAngelo is deeply committed to creating pathways for second chances, working to reduce barriers for returning citizens, and supporting individuals as they rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Clinical Director
Danielle Schiavoni is a dedicated behavioral health professional and Clinical Director with extensive experience in substance use disorder and mental health treatment. She leads with compassion, integrity, and a strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based care. Her approach incorporates CBT, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care. Danielle Schiavoni is passionate about supporting clinical teams while creating an environment where clients feel respected, empowered, and supported in achieving meaningful, lasting recovery.
Sherline Saintpreux, CRPS
Secretary
Sherline Saint Preux, Secretary of Victory Row Foundation Inc., brings more than seven years of experience in behavioral health, case management, and substance use recovery services. A Florida Certified Recovery Peer Specialist, Sherline is committed to helping individuals and families overcome challenges by connecting them with treatment, community resources, and long-term recovery support. Her experience includes work as a peer support specialist with Broward Health, as well as roles in behavioral health and case management. In her role on the board, Sherline advances the foundation's mission of restoring hope, rebuilding lives, and strengthening communities through dedicated service and compassionate leadership.
